Bertera Subaru of Hartford is currently seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the right parts for their vehicles.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing knowledgeable assistance to customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Looking up parts and availability in the inventory system
- Processing parts orders and returns
- Maintaining a clean and organized parts department
- Assisting with inventory management and stock ordering
- Collaborating with service technicians to ensure accurate parts selection for repairs

The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience in a parts advisor role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with parts catalog systems and basic computer skills
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range from $49,000 to $57,000, depending on experience.
